Q: What’s the Return Policy?
A: Have something to return? Not a problem. View our policy information below:
With receipt within 60 days of the purchase:
- We will refund the original form of payment for the original purchase price.
- If paid for by check and returned within 10 days of purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit.
With receipt after 60 days of purchase:
- We will issue a merchandise credit for the original purchase price.
With a gift receipt:
- We will issue a merchandise credit for the original purchase price.
- We will conduct an even exchange in the amount of the original purchase price.
Without receipt, with ID:
- We will issue a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price within the last 90 days.
Returned merchandise will be accepted only if unworn, unwashed and in original container or wrappings.
Price adjustments will be given on current sale merchandise with receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Q: I lost my best of bob’s® Rewards Card. What do I do?
A: Don’t panic. Next time you’re in a store, just see an associate to have a new card printed.
Q: How many Bob’s Rewards points do I have?
A: The amount varies from person to person. You can check your rewards points by entering your best of bob’s® card number or email at the top of the page. If you find out you don’t have a lot of points yet, don’t worry. We have plenty of opportunities for our members to rack them up.
