Return Policy and Instructions
We do our best to make returns easy. Purchases made on Bobstores.com may be returned in any Bob’s Stores retail location, or through the mail (see below) under the following stipulations:
At a Bob’s Stores Retail Location
- All returns must be unwashed, unworn and in good condition. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Returns made within 60 days from receipt and accompanied by the packing slip will have the original purchase price refunded in the original form of payment.
- Returns made after 60 days and up to 1 year from receipt date of purchase from receipt and accompanied by the packing slip will have the original purchase price refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
- Returns made without a packing slip, will have the lowest selling price in the last 90 days merchandise credit.
- All returned product MUST be and will only be accepted if unworn and unwashed with original tags.
- Returns can be made within 60 days from receipt date, and when accompanied by the packing slip, will have the original purchase price refunded in the original form of payment. If you used a Bob’s Stores Gift Card or merchandise credit for your order, a replacement gift card or merchandise credit card will be activated and mailed to the shipping address.
- We are not able to accept returns by mail after 60 days.
- We cannot accept merchandise purchased in store to be returned through the mail.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (a well sealed box will suffice if you no longer have the original packaging).
- Complete the “Return Form” found on your order’s packing slip, while retaining the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and that you keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
- Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
If you would like to exchange your item, please call our Customer Service team at 866 333 2627, to ensure your request is handled as quickly as possible. One of our team members will help you re-order the desired item and provide instruction for sending back the return item for credit.
