I'm having trouble using a Reward code when placing an order

Below is a screenshot showing where you enter your Reward during the Check Out process. If you're still having trouble, double-check that no spaces are in front of the Reward number.

If you're having trouble logging into your online account and the reset password function is not working, please go through the steps to create an account. Once you create an account, you can link your existing Reward account with the new one. Alternatively, if you don't want an online account you can check out as a guest using the same email address we have on file in your Rewards profile.
