best of bob’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Membership in the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program is open to individual residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and who have a valid email account. Companies, schools, clubs, groups, organizations, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership or Rewards. Only Active Best of Bob’s Rewards Members are eligible to receive Rewards and other member benefits. Members must have at least one transaction within the previous 12 month period to remain active.
Best of Bob’s Rewards Members will earn one point for each dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases include all regular, sale and clearance merchandise in-store and online at bobstores.com. Members also earn points for the purchase of Bob’s Stores gift cards in-store. Points will not be awarded for any portion of the purchase paid for with gift cards, online gift certificates, merchandise credits or Rewards. Points are not awarded for sales tax, shipping or other third party fees or services. Points will not be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program. Points are not earned on commercial or bulk purchases. Points earned at time of purchase will be deducted from the points or future points in Member’s account for returned merchandise or cancelled orders.
To receive points, Best of Bob’s Rewards Member must identify themselves with every purchase. In retail stores, Member must provide the cashier with the name, phone number and/or email address associated with their Best of Bob’s Rewards account. To earn points online, Member must log into their online account with the same email address associated with their Best of Bob’s account.
Active Reward Members earn a $10 Reward for each 200 points they accrue in accordance with these program terms. One $10 Reward will be issued per member, per week even if a Member earns more than 200 points in a week of has a balance in excess of 200 points in any week. Upon each issuance of a $10 Reward, 200 points will be subtracted from the Member’s points balance. If Member is entitled to additional Rewards, they will continue to be issued one per member, per week. Rewards will be valid no less than 90 days from date of issue. Single-use Rewards are issued to the individual member and may not be copied, transferred, sold, or shared/posted online. Lost, stolen or expired Rewards will not be replaced or reissued. Unredeemed points balances will expire 24 months after the last transaction posted to the Member’s account.
Rewards are single-use. Rewards may be used toward the future purchase of any Bob’s Stores merchandise in-store. Rewards are not valid toward the exchange/re-purchase of a previous purchase. Rewards are not valid toward the purchase of gift cards, alterations, shipping fees, other third party fees or services or taxes. If the purchase is less than the value of the Reward being redeemed, no change or credit will be given. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for store credit.
Your Rewards Accounts
Best of Bob’s Members are responsible for notifying <u>CUSTOMER SERVICE</u> about any changes to their Rewards account including name, address, email and phone number. If an individual member has more than one account, Bob’s Stores may consolidate the accounts and any available points. Points discrepancies should be reported within 21 days of a qualifying purchase. Member should submit the request including transaction date, transaction number, member name and phone number at bobstores.com/customer-service Only active members of the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program are eligible to receive membership rewards. Members must have at least one transaction with the previous 12 month period to remain active. Points will expire 24 months after the last transaction posted to the Member’s account and membership will be terminated. Points have no cash value.
Bob’s Stores may, at any time, terminate the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions or participation, in whole or in part, without prior notice or further obligation to Rewards Program members.
The Best of Bob’s Rewards Program is only available at participating Bob’s Stores locations.
Participation in Best of Bob’s Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law.
Bob’s Stores is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Reward Certificates, due to a change of address, email address or other contact information.
Bob’s Stores reserves the right to terminate Reward membership and void points if it determines that a Member violated any program terms and conditions or applicable laws, earned points via deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Best of Bob’s Rewards.

Who can join?

What information do you need to join rewards?
Your name, a valid email address, phone number and home address. We also need your birth date so we can send your Birthday Reward.
How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Shopping in store? An Associate can create an account right at the register and enroll the new Member in the program of their choice. Members can also enroll online anytime! Go to Rewards to get started.
How do points work?
-- Members earn 1 or 1.5 points for every $1 spent on a qualifying purchase
-- Points are earned for any portion of the sale paid for with cash or credit/debit card

What is a qualifying purchase?

What about returns?
When a Member makes a return, any points earned on the purchase are deducted from the current points balance.
How are rewards issued?

Additional Rewards FAQs
I am a new PREMIUM Member. When will I receive the Welcome Reward?
Welcome Rewards are issued weekly and will be emailed to new, first-time PREMIUM Rewards members.
Welcome Reward will be valid for at least 30 days from date email is sent.
How long do I have to use my Reward?
Expiration dates are printed on all Rewards and can also be found if you log into your online account.
Earned Rewards are valid for at least 90 days from date of issue. Birthday Rewards are valid for the birth month.
What do I do if the Reward expires before I can use it?
All Rewards must be used before the published expiration date. Expired Rewards will not be accepted or reissued.
When are Birthday Rewards issued?
Birthday Rewards are issued monthly for ACTIVE Rewards Members who have provided a birthdate. Birthday Rewards are email or mailed in advance so that you will have the whole month to use the Reward.
What is an ACTIVE Member?
ACTIVE members have made a purchase which posted to their account within the last 12 months and who have a deliverable email address and/or mailing address.
Can I have a Rewards account if I buy in bulk or own a business?
Both Rewards program are intended for individuals or families only. Companies, schools, clubs, groups, organizations and other making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership in either program or Rewards.
How can I change the phone number/email/address on my Rewards account?
If you are shopping in one of our stores, we can update your information at any register. Or you can click here to submit a request.
Do you share or sell my personal information to anyone?
Online Rewards FAQS
The site is currently undergoing maintenance, which has resulted in a temporary change to the reward redemption process. Fortunately, you will be able to redeem your reward by following the steps outlined below.
First, place your order on the website. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing the order number. Once you receive this email with your order number, you will then enter it along with your other account information into the Reward Redemption Form Once completed, you will submit it directly to our Customer Service Team.
Once the form is received by our Customer Service Team, and your order has shipped, a credit for the amount of the reward will be processed, and will return to your primary form of payment. Your one-time use reward will then be redeemed and the status will change in your account. Once processed, you can expect to see the credit within 5-7 business days.
Return Rewards FAQS
Do I get my Reward back if I return an item that was purchased in as store?
If you buy in store and return the items in store, you will be issued a RETURN REWARD which will be valid for 14 days. The RETURN REWARD may be redeemed in store.
Do I get my Reward back if my order is cancelled?
If the entire order cancels, your Reward(s) will be available for use the following day. If part of your order cancels, click here to contact us. We can either apply the remaining balance to the ORIGINAL order as a credit or equivalent points can be added to your account.
Do I get my Reward back if I return an online order?
If you buy online and return either in store or by mail, points equivalent to the value of the Reward(s) used on the purchase will be added back to your account. Click here to submit a request. New Rewards will be issued through the regular weekly process when you have accumulated 200 points.
