Best of Bob’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions


MEMBERSHIP


Membership in the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program is open to individual residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and who have a valid email account. Companies, schools, clubs, groups, organizations, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership or Rewards. Only Active Best of Bob’s Rewards Members are eligible to receive Rewards and other member benefits. Members must have at least one transaction within the previous 12 month period to remain active.

EARNING POINTS


Best of Bob’s Rewards Members will earn one point for each dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases include all regular, sale and clearance merchandise in-store and online at bobstores.com. Members also earn points for the purchase of Bob’s Stores gift cards in-store or online at bobstores.com. Points will not be awarded for any portion of the purchase paid for with gift cards, online gift certificates, merchandise credits or Rewards. Points are not awarded for sales tax, shipping or other third party fees or services. Points will not be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program. Points are not earned on commercial or bulk purchases. Points earned at time of purchase will be deducted from the points or future points in Member’s account for returned merchandise or cancelled orders.

To receive points, Best of Bob’s Rewards Member must identify themselves with every purchase. In retail stores, Member must provide the cashier with the name, phone number and/or email address associated with their Best of Bob’s Rewards account. To earn points online, Member should log into their online account with the same email address associated with their Best of Bob’s account.

REWARDS ISSUANCE


Active Reward Members earn a $10 Reward for each 200 points they accrue in accordance with these program terms. One $10 Reward will be issued per member, per week even if a Member earns more than 200 points in a week of has a balance in excess of 200 points in any week. Upon each issuance of a $10 Reward, 200 points will be subtracted from the Member’s points balance. If Member is entitled to additional Rewards, they will continue to be issued one per member, per week. Rewards will be valid no less than 90 days from date of issue. Single-use Rewards are issued to the individual member and may not be copied, transferred, sold, or shared/posted online. Lost, stolen or expired Rewards will not be replaced or reissued. Unredeemed points balances will expire 24 months after the last transaction posted to the Member’s account.

REDEEMING REWARDS


Rewards are single-use. Rewards may be used toward the future purchase of any Bob’s Stores merchandise in-store or online at bobstores.com. Rewards are not valid toward the exchange/re-purchase of a previous purchase. Rewards are not valid toward the purchase of gift cards, alterations, shipping fees, other third party fees or services or taxes. If the purchase is less than the value of the Reward being redeemed, no change or credit will be given. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for store credit.

YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT


Best of Bob’s Members are responsible for notifying CUSTOMER SERVICE about any changes to their Rewards account including name, address, email and phone number. If an individual member has more than one account, Bob’s Stores may consolidate the accounts and any available points. Points discrepancies should be reported within 21 days of a qualifying purchase. Member should submit the request including transaction date, transaction number, member name and phone number at bobstores.com/customerservice Only active members of the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program are eligible to receive membership rewards. Members must have at least one transaction with the previous 12 month period to remain active. Points will expire 24 months after the last transaction posted to the Member’s account and membership will be terminated. Points have no cash value.

PRIVACY POLICY


By participating in the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program, Member agrees to receive email and/or postal mail advertising and marketing communications. Member may opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link provided in every email. Member may opt out of receiving promotional mail by contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE Members will continue to receive Best of Bob’s REWARDS mail and emails including Reward Certificates, points balances and other Reward program related information as long as the account is Active. PROGRAM TERMS


Bob’s Stores may, at any time, terminate the Best of Bob’s Rewards Program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions or participation, in whole or in part, without prior notice or further obligation to Rewards Program members.

The Best of Bob’s Rewards Program is only available at participating Bob’s Stores locations.

Participation in Best of Bob’s Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law.

Bob’s Stores is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Reward Certificates, due to a change of address, email address or other contact information.

Bob’s Stores reserves the right to terminate Reward membership and void points if it determines that a Member violated any program terms and conditions or applicable laws, earned points via deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Best of Bob’s Rewards.
