WHAT IS THE CLASSIC BEST OF BOB’S® REWARDS PROGRAM?

It is our way of saying THANKS to our loyal customers. It is free and it is not a credit card. Members earn rewards that can be used in the store or online. Members also receive special offers by mail and/or email.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Individual residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and who have a valid email account. Companies, schools, clubs, groups, organizations and other making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership in either program or Rewards.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO JOIN REWARDS?

Your name, a valid email address, phone number and home address. We also need your birth date so we can send your Birthday Reward.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

Shopping in store? An Associate can create an account right at the register and enroll the new Member in the program of their choice. Members can also enroll online anytime! Click here to get started.

HOW DO POINTS WORK?

-- Members earn 1 or 1.5 points for every $1 spent on a qualifying purchase
-- Points are earned for any portion of the sale paid for with cash or credit/debit card
-- Points are earned for the purchase of gift cards
-- Points are not awarded for any portion of the sale paid for by gift card, merchandise credit or Bob’s Rewards
-- Points are not awarded for sale tax or shipping

WHAT IS A QUALIFYING PURCHASE?

Qualifying purchases include all regular, sale and clearance merchandise in-store and online at bobstores.com. Members also earn points for the purchase of gift cards.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

When a Member makes a return, any points earned on the purchase are deducted from the current points balance.

HOW ARE REWARDS ISSUED?

-- 200 points = $10 Reward -- Rewards are issued weekly – one $10 Reward per customer, per week. 200 points are deducted when a reward is issued
-- Rewards are issued with a unique one-time use code which can be redeemed in-store or online at bobstores.com
-- Earned Rewards will be valid for no less than 90 days from date of issue
-- Rewards are emailed or mailed to best of bob’s® Members. Rewards may also be issued in-store at the time of purchase (participating stores)
-- Members can find their un-redeemed, unexpired rewards by logging in to their account at bobstores.com

ADDITIONAL REWARD FAQ’S

 

I am a new PREMIUM Member. When will I receive the Welcome Reward?

Welcome Rewards are issued weekly and will be emailed to new, first-time PREMIUM Rewards members.
Welcome Reward will be valid for at least 30 days from date email is sent.

How long do I have to use my Reward?

Expiration dates are printed on all Rewards and can also be found if you log into your online account.
Earned Rewards are valid for at least 90 days from date of issue. Birthday Rewards are valid for the birth month.

What do I do if the Reward expires before I can use it?

All Rewards must be used before the published expiration date. Expired Rewards will not be accepted or reissued.

I lost my Reward – how can I replace it?

You can access your un-redeemed, unexpired Rewards online. Click here

When are Birthday Rewards issued?

Birthday Rewards are issued monthly for ACTIVE Rewards Members who have provided a birthdate. Birthday Rewards are email or mailed in advance so that you will have the whole month to use the Reward.

What is an ACTIVE Member?

ACTIVE members have made a purchase which posted to their account within the last 12 months and who have a deliverable email address and/or mailing address.

Can I have a Rewards account if I buy in bulk or own a business?

Both Rewards program are intended for individuals or families only. Companies, schools, clubs, groups, organizations and other making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership in either program or Rewards.

How can I change the phone number/email/address on my Rewards account?

If you are shopping in one of our stores, we can update your information at any register. Or you can click here to submit a request.

Do you share or sell my personal information to anyone?

ONLINE REWARDS FAQ’S

 

My points/Rewards are not showing in My Account. What can I do?

In-store purchases generally take 1-2 days to post to your account. Online purchases take 1-2 days from the time your order was shipped to post to your account.
Rewards are issued to weekly to ACTIVE Members with 200+ available points.
If the appropriate processing time has elapsed, and you still do not see your expected points/Rewards, we’ll need to research the issue. Please click here and provide us with the information we need.

I can't get my Reward to work online

--Is the Reward is still valid? Check the expiration date on the Reward & make sure it has not already been used/redeemed.
--Check to be sure you are entering the Reward number in the Reward Certificate Box during the checkout process, not the Promo Code box. --Still having problems? Contact Us

What is the difference between a promo code, coupon code and a Reward number?

Promo codes and coupon codes are a type of discount used in many of the sales on our website. They are distributed in a variety of ways (newspapers, direct mail, email, website, etc.) to different customer groups. Offers are valid for the dates published and may be applied to certain items or brands; the disclaimer will include all detail on exclusions that apply.
Rewards are earned/issued to ACTIVE members of either Reward program – CLASSIC or PREMIUM. Rewards can be used on any merchandise purchase, any brand, full-price, sale or clearance items in-store or online. Rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards and may not be redeemed toward tax, shipping, or alterations. Rewards are single use only.

RETURN REWARDS FAQ’S

 

Do I get my Reward back if I return an item that was purchased in as store?

If you buy in store and return the items in store, you will be issued a RETURN REWARD which will be valid for 14 days. The RETURN REWARD may be redeemed in store or online.

Do I get my Reward back if my order is cancelled?

If the entire order cancels, your Reward(s) will be available for use the following day. If part of your order cancels, click here to contact us. We can either apply the remaining balance to the ORIGINAL order as a credit or equivalent points can be added to your account.

Do I get my Reward back if I return an online order?

If you buy online and return either in store or by mail, points equivalent to the value of the Reward(s) used on the purchase will be added back to your account. Click here to submit a request. New Rewards will be issued through the regular weekly process when you have accumulated 200 points.
