Exchange Window: Rewards Member: 90 Days (Our Rewards Membership Program is free. Join today to take advantage of the extended return policy benefits) Non-Rewards Member: 30 Days

By Mail: Return the item you do not want for a refund within 30 days (90 days for Rewards Members) of original purchase date and re-order the item you desire. Click here for our return policy and instructions. We will match the original purchase price on your exchange where applicable – just place the replacement order by phone. We are unable to process direct exchanges through the mail as we often don't have the replacement product available in the facility in which Returns are processed.

At our Stores: If you live near one of our stores, you can process an exchange in store. Please present your original receipt to the store associate within 30 days (90 days for Rewards Members) of the original purchase to expedite the exchange process.
